Background & Objective: Both missing measurement and time-delay are considered in this paper for the analysis and synthesis of networked control systems (NCSs). Both the missing measurement and network induced delay are modeled as a Markov process. A Markovian jump system characterized by a doubly stochastic process are applied to model the NCSs and a new control law which is mode-dependent is proposed to deny the influence bring by the missing measurement and time delay. Sufficient conditions on the stabilization of NCSs in the form of standard linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) can be obtained by constructing a simple Lyapunov function, further, the feedback controller can be obtained by solving the LMIs. Conclusion: Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the main results.
